I’m looking forward to trying this out with streaming for real soon. With Loopback 2 I’m able to create a virtual audio device that combines my microphone, the output of skype, the output of reaper, firefox, Zoom, iTunes (pretty much anything) within one interface that I can access as an audio device in Screenflow for recording, or OBS for streaming. In my short time with it I quickly realized it is a near essential tool for routing audio on the mac. Rogue Amoeba recently updated their Loopback software to version 2 and I reached out to them for a review copy, which they were happy to provide.
Can Loopback 2 solve all my audio software routing needs?
